The Showcase brings you a night of “turntable-ism”  featuring the Duck Brothers, DJ 3rd Degree, DJ Ill Skill.  The  show starts @ 10pm.  This is the place to be kids.  Don’t miss out…

He is back and ready to rock your socks off. The Travis Elliott rock band is coming to the showcase to show off their electric skills on Raptures main stage. Back together with the boys, Travis and the band are ready to take you back to a time when things rocked just a little bit harder.

There will also be a special opener on the bill. Space Cadet 7 is their name and experimental space funk is their game. The band features Tucker Rogers and BJ Pendleton from Man Mountain Jr., Nate Brown from the X-Porn Stars and DJ Ill-Skill on the wheels of steel.

This is a show for the ages… come be a part of it.

James McLaughlin is a drummer, engineer, and producer of music here in Charlottesville, VA., and he brings his ever changing band and his many skills back to the showcase this week. You might not who is playing in the band from one night to the next, but one thing we know you will get are great instrumental jazz grooves. Don’t miss this free show.
